Everybody knows that the best place to live in Florida is Jupiter. But not everybody knows that the best place to live in Jupiter is Jupiter Dunes, specifically Jupiter Dunes Condo B. These pictures will, without doubt, convince everyone of our advantages.

On one side of our buildings is the golf course, but there are countless developments in Southern Florida built around golf courses. What sets Condo B apart is our fantastic lagoon.

Our lagoon isn’t a shallow pond scooped out by the developer. It’s a deep, tidal estuary with schools of mullet and snook performing amazing leaps. A few of us have canoes or kayaks and we can follow the lagoon in one direction down to Jupiter Inlet or in the other direction into Carlin Park. At various times in the past our lagoon actually was the Jupiter Inlet. Before 1947, when the Corps of Engineers stabilized the inlet at its present location, the shifting sands used to move the inlet up and down the coast. The farthest south the inlet moved was Carlin Park. By the way, two of these pictures were taken at low tide, so the roots of the mangroves look rather exposed. We should mention that although our lagoon is deep, there are shallow stretches between us and Jupiter Inlet, so you can’t plan on bringing your yacht in here. Of course, the best use of the lagoon is just looking at it as you drink your martini in the evening.

The entire Jupiter Dunes development has two swimming pools. One is located in Condo A and one in Condo C, but both are available to residents of Condo B. One other feature we should mention is that Jupiter’s Riverwalk will run close to our neighborhood. Click here for a page that shows the route of the Riverwalk in relation to us. Also near us is the kiddie beach in Dubois Park. If you have visitors with small children, this is a great place to take them. Here are some pictures taken on a very crowded Memoral Day. Usually there are only a few people on the beach. What we’re like: Except for a few young people, most of us are pretty old, so things are very quiet around here. About 80% of us are seasonal, so during the summer things are extremely quiet (and your webmaster thinks that’s great). Here is an aerial view of our neighborhood.
